What is the commission structure?
ATA Hotels offers a 10%+ commission on the base rate (excluding local fees like city tax or resort/property fees).
Why it’s better: 10% is just the starting point—agencies that scale their sales can unlock even higher earnings over time, giving you more control and greater reward as your business grows.
Commission is calculated at 10%, based on the following structure:
When the total room rate is less than the taxes & fees, ATA Hotels will pay 10% commission on the total room rate only.
Example: If the total room rate is $80 and the fee is $100, the commission will be 10% of $80
In all other cases, the commission will be calculated as 10% of the total amount (room rate + taxes & fees).
Example: If the room rate is $100 with no additional fees, the commission will be 10% of $100.
Note: Total room rate = No. of Rooms × No. of Nights
What is the payout schedule for agencies?
Payouts are processed monthly for all bookings where the check-in date has passed.
